Someone on the list was asking about isoflurane and I have information re a new inhalent anesthesia for dogs called Sevoflurane or Sevo Flow. It has no additives or stabilizers, and appears to work faster and has a faster recovery time, and is considered very safe. It is, however, very expensive ( 8 times that of Isoflurane). I have never had any experience with it but you may want to ask your vet about it if you have a dog facing surgery. This information came from Miriam Tyler who is on the Wellpet list that I am on.
